Delivery Conditions

We mail the things through  Royal Mail/Hermes. We offer Next-Day delivery, First and Second Class. Depending on the method you've selected. Please note for all Pre-Orders/custom orders the above delivery timeframes will apply once production is complete.

INTERNATIONAL TAXES & DUTIES

Please note that Almaas can not take responsibility for delays due to customs clearance. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control. Orders do not include possible taxes and duties which may be applied by customs authorities on delivery into your country. Import Duties and Taxes are the responsibility of the customer. If you fail to comply with customs and consequently the parcel is returned to Almaas you will be liable for the additional fees charged for return and re-delivery.


ADDRESS CHANGE
