All of our products are handcrafted and hand-embellished by our 'Mahir karigars’ (skilled workers). We are proud to offer handmade products, each bead, diamanté, zardozi work, and sequin is completed by hand.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Almaas pieces are unique and handmade, we do not offer returns or refunds. Almaas carry out quality checks prior to each item being dispatched to ensure the quality of the product meets our standards. To ensure we meet your expectations, we provide you with honest images and exact specifications for you to make an informed decision.
We aim to provide the best customer service possible. Please do feel free to contact us to advise on colors, dimensions, and fabrics.
EXCHANGES
If for whatever reason you are unhappy with your purchase or it is damaged/faulty we are happy to offer a 7-day exchange policy. On the condition that the product is returned to Almaas in the original condition, the item is unworn/unused and without any odor or perfume.
Before returning an item, please send an email to sales@almaas.co with your order reference, pictures of the product, and reasons for exchange within 7 days from the date you received the product.
Our team will review your exchange request and respond to you within 7 days of receiving your request. If the item qualifies for an exchange we will send you our returns address for the item to be shipped back to us in the original packaging. Please note, that you will need to cover the cost of your return/exchange back to us if there are no faults with your item. We recommend using a tracked method of postage to ensure it reaches us safely as we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered parcels
*Exchange policy excludes personalized, bespoke products, Sale items, and Gift cards.
*Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Cancellations
If you change your mind before receiving your order, you may cancel at any time before the goods are sent. If your order has already been sent, please review our refund policy.
