All of our products are handcrafted and hand-embellished by our 'mahir karigars’ (skilled workers). We are proud to offer handmade product, each bead, diamanté, zardozi work, sequin is completed by hand. 

 

U.K. DELIVERY

Please allow one day for us to process your order. All UK orders are delivered via Royal Mail/Hermes. We offer Next-Day delivery, First and Second Class. Depending on the method you've selected, it will take 1-4 working days to deliver to you. Please note for all Pre-Orders/custom orders the above delivery timeframes will apply once production is complete. 

 

INTERNATIONAL TAXES & DUTIES

Please note Almaas can not take responsibility for delays due to customs clearance. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control. Orders do not include possible taxes and duties which may be applied by customs authorities on delivery into your country. Import Duties and Taxes are the responsibility of the customer. If you fail to comply with customs and consequently the parcel is returned to Almaas you will be liable for the additional fee’s charged for return and re-delivery.

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Almaas pieces are unique and hand made, we do not offer returns or refunds. Almaas carry out quality checks prior to each item being dispatched to ensure the quality of the product meets our standard. To ensure we meet your expectations, we provide you with honest images and exact specifications for you to make an informed decision.

We aim to provide the best customer service possible. Please do feel free to contact us to advise on colours, dimensions and fabrics.

 

EXCHANGES

If for whatever reason you are unhappy with your purchase or it is damaged/faulty we are happy to offer a 7-day exchange policy. On the condition that the product is returned to Almaas in the original condition, the item is unworn/unused and without any odour or perfume.

Before returning an item, please send an email to sales@almaas.co with your order reference, pictures of the product, and reasons for exchange within 7 days from the date you received the product. 

Our team will review your exchange request and respond to you within 7 days of receiving your request. If the item qualifies for an exchange we will send you our returns address for the item to be shipped back to us in the original packaging. Please note, you will need to cover the cost of your return/exchange back to us if there are no faults with your item. We recommend using a tracked method of postage to ensure it reaches us safely as we are not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered parcels

*Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
